Code of Conduct
At Plukon Food Group, we believe in doing business with integrity and responsibility. Our Code of Conduct defines how we work and collaborate – both internally and with our business partners. This document sets out our core values, ethical guidelines and standards of behaviour. It is our way of making sure everyone knows what we expect from our employees, subsidiaries, suppliers and business partners (and their respective upstream business partners), as well as what we stand for.
Why have a Code of Conduct?
As one of Europe’s leading food companies, we recognize that we have a significant responsibility. We dedicate ourselves to sustainably produced food, fair business practices and respect for people, animals and the environment. Our Code of Conduct helps us put these principles into practice on a daily basis.

Anyone affiliated with Plukon has a responsibility to act in accordance with our Code of Conduct. If you witness behaviour that is not in line with our Code of Conduct, then it is important to report this. Contact your designated Plukon contact person, or our HR or legal department. Together, we can ensure that we maintain an open, honest and ethical work environment.
