We develop our ready-to-heat meals to make high-quality convenience simple, for both our partners and their consumers. From oven-ready to microwave-friendly solutions, our assortment provides endless opportunities to meet diverse market needs and consumer trends.

Pasteurized meals

Pasteurized meals are a big part of convenience meals at retailers and foodservice players. The pasteurization ensures a longer shelf life, while keeping the nutrients and taste. As an ultra-fresh company we also try to bring these meals to a higher level versus the more classic pasteurized meals. Better taste and health is what we stand for! We therefore call these meals our Fresh meals. The possibilities with these Fresh meals are endless and the customer can easily vary with taste, diet and ingredients used. Our top runners include Teriyaki Noodles, Coq-au-vin, Vol-au-vent, Goulash or Scampi devils sauce. Upon request we can make any possible variant to meet the consumer demand.

Oven and Airfryer meals

This segment comprises our Oven trays, Traybakes and Airfryer meals. All three types have the same basic feature: the ingredients are put on an aluminum tray to be placed directly into the oven or airfryer. Oven trays contain a protein source, sauce and some toppings. With Traybakes we also add some vegetables. With Airfryer meals we finally add a carbohydrate source for a complete and indulgent meal. Examples of our products are the Oven tray Chicken Tandoori, the Traybake Chicken Italian and the Airfryer meal Crispy Chicken. Upon request we can make any possible variant to meet the consumer demand.

Steam meals

Ultra-fresh steam meals fulfil a unique proposition within the convenience range of customers. The unique steam valve ensures a controlled pressure build-up, which steams the raw ingredients until cooked and optimally preserves the flavor and vitamins. These ultra-fresh meals contain fresh vegetables, a raw protein component and there is a choice of potato, rice, pasta and couscous as carbohydrate source. Just put it in the microwave for a few minutes and you are ready for your healthy lunch or dinner meal. Examples of our best runners are the Salmon and Pasta Pesto. We recently introduced some soup variants. An example of this type is the Tom Kha Kai.
