The shareholders of the Plukon Food Group have appointed two new members of the Supervisory Board, Mr J.B. Steinemann and Mr C.M.A. van Slingerland, with effect of 16 February 2017. Mr J.B. Steinemann has also been elected as Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
Mr J.B. Steinemann served as a member of the Executive Board and as Chief Operating Officer of Nutreco from 2001 until 2009. From 2009 until 2016, he served as CEO at Barry Callebaut. Today, he serves on different boards and invests in food & agro.
Mr C.M.A. van Slingerland has been nominated by the Works Council of the Plukon Food Group. He has served as HR Director of Royal Numico from 1999 to 2007. As of 2007, he serves as HR Director of Hunter Douglas Europe B.V.
