Stiftung Warentest, the German consumer association, has tested the microbiological quality of German poultry meat. The winner of this test was the Friki chicken leg. This product is free of antibiotics and resistant salmonella bacteria. Three other products, including the FairMast chicken legs, also received a ‘Good’ rating.
